Ragi Idli Dosa ( Healthy dish to offer)

 How Do I begin ?

Pick up ragi flour from market and soak some urad daal over night and grind it in morning.Just add the grinded urad daal batter with Ragi flour, add some salt and your idli/dosa batter is ready to make.To make some dosas, you would make the batter slightly thin by adding water and for idlis you can keep the batter thick.Add the batter in idli maker and allow it to steam for idlis and for dosas ,you can make dosas on non stick pan. Serve with tomato chutney for better taste.
